Percentage Qualifiers
5.00% 62% GP and +Net Income
10.00% 62% GP, up over last year and +Net Income
2% Kicker 64% GP, up over last year, and +Net Income
15.00% $25,000 Net Income
Bonus checks will be paid on next schedule payroll cycle Must be employed a minimum of 30 days to receive a bonus
Must be employed at the time bonus checks are distributed to qualify

Sales Bonus Plan GM’s and Assistant Managers

Percentage Qualifiers
0.50% $35-40k in personal sales, Net Income and 62% GP or $25,000 Net Income
1.00% $40-50k in personal sales, Net Income and 62% GP or $25,000 Net Income
1.50% $50k+ in personal sales, Net Income and 62% GP or $25,000 Net Income

Spiff Bonus Plan

Amount Qualifiers
$5.00/each Flushes and 5 Packs – Net Income, 62% GP (must have a total of 15 combined-any combo)

Technician Pay Plan

Technicians are paid a flat rate with no guarantees or bonus program Flat rate hourly wage is based on experience and could be up to $35 per hour
